For open studio organisers
Open the door to your creative community.
Give visitors a clear way to discover artists, find studios and plan what to see. Keep your event information together, even when your programme changes.

Your own trail website • A shared organiser workspace • No visitor download
01Every artist deserves a proper introduction
Build a profile around each artist’s work, practice and story. Connect their artwork to studio locations so visitors can move naturally from inspiration to a visit.
Use your own approved photographs and descriptions. Keep a consistent presentation across the event while giving each artist room to be themselves.
02Make the practical details easy to find
Add studio addresses, opening information and access notes alongside the art. Group several artists at a shared venue without making duplicate locations.
Ask artists to confirm their details before opening day. Preview each stop on a phone, and check the route on foot.
Bring your programme together → 03Keep the next edition within reach
Retain your artists, artwork and locations in your workspace. Update the programme and publish a fresh trail when the next event comes around.
Use QR signs to connect a printed programme to the published experience. Visitors can browse without registering.

A few useful answers
Before you begin.
Can several artists share a studio?
Yes. A stop can link to multiple artworks, with each artwork connected to its artist.
Is this a ticketing platform?
Art Trail focuses on discovery, content and self-guided trails. It does not currently provide ticket sales or visitor booking.
Can I keep unpublished work private?
Public pages use your published version. Draft edits are separate, with a time-limited preview for reviewing changes.
